FAQ

To order, click "shop" in the top menu. You should be directed to a store where you see all our items. Click on the items of your choice, specify if you would like gift wrap, toggle the quantity and press "add to cart". Your shopping cart is in the top right, where you can click on it and view the items in your cart.

At checkout, enter your billing information and coupon code. Press "Checkout" when you are ready to order. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal checkout.

For a custom request, please contact us via email.

Please note the following policies:

1. A fee will be charged to custom orders. The amount varies, depending on the size, complexity and lead times of the order. For an exact quote please email us.

2. For every order, you may order 1-999 scarves. There is no limit to the amount of orders.

3. Typically returns are not possible on custom orders. However, if it is because of an error of quality/design on our part, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. You may be eligible for a store credit.

4. The scarves must be under 8 feet x 8 feet. As well, please note that it is against our policies and company values to create a scarf that we deem to include elements of discrimination, harassment, defame and sacrilege.

Our checkout is secured with SSL and Stripe, which protects and supports most cards. You also have the option of paying with PayPal checkout. Your information is never stored on our website and/or sold to third parties.

If you are not comfortable with our checkout options mentioned above, please email us and we can arrange a payment via e-transfer or PayPal transfer. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
