Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer free international standard shipping, via Canada Post. Express/rush shipping is available and calculated based on weight and location. For custom shipping requests (signature delivery, reduced handling days, other special delivery instructions), please contact us or write instructions on the "Notes" section at checkout. Please note, we will try our best to fulfill your instructions to great satisfaction but in the chance your instructions are not possible on our end or on the end of the shipping company, we will contact you through your information provided 24 hours after ordering. If you choose to provide us with custom requests, please check your email/phone after ordering in case.

We never charge for handling. All standard orders are shipped out within two business days after payment is received, and express orders within one business day.

The buyer is responsible for all custom import fees. If an order is eligible for customs, an invoice will be sent to your email or mailing address after shipment.

 

Standard shipping entails the least expensive shipping option. Please note that sometimes this option does not provide a tracking number. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

If you require a tracking number for peace of mind, please indicate so in the "Notes" section at checkout. We will be happy to check if a tracking number is available for the standard shipping option for your location. If in the instance it is not, we will be delighted to offer you a discount on the other shipping options (wink, wink).

Return &

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund OR store credit. The refund will be issued to the card or PayPal account used during checkout. Store credit will be presented in the form of a coupon code.

 

Custom orders are generally not returnable, but in the instance that it is a quality/design issue on our part, please open a case with us by emailing us. You may be eligible for a store credit.

 

All shipping/custom expenses on returned items must be covered by the buyer.
